What Your First Call Looks Like

You will speak to a member of our Lowestoft office team who knows every client and carer by name. Tell us what is going on — a parent struggling at home, a hospital discharge coming up, or simply questions about how home care works and what it costs. We will give you straight answers, and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.

Where home care looks right, we arrange a home visit to properly understand the routines, preferences and needs involved, and then put a written care plan in front of you. Care only begins once you have read it and agreed to it. Whether care is arranged privately or through social services, the process is the same: no pressure, no obligation.

Confidentiality, Standards and Raising Concerns

Everything you share with us stays confidential and is handled under our privacy policy. Our work is independently inspected — you can read Amari Care Services’ CQC report whenever you like — and if something is ever not right, our complaints procedure sets out exactly how we respond and when you will hear back.
