What Your Weeks Look Like

You stay in your client’s home for rota blocks agreed with you in advance, with your own room and protected daily breaks. Days follow the client’s life, not a stopwatch: morning routines, meals worth sitting down for, medication prompts, outings when the Suffolk weather cooperates, and the reassurance of a familiar face at night-time. Between blocks, your time is entirely your own.

It suits carers who like depth over churn — one person’s routines learned properly rather than a dozen doorsteps a day. Experience helps but is not the gate: what matters is reliability, patience and judgement, and our training builds the rest, including dementia awareness, which many live-in placements involve.
