Terms of Service

Our agreement with you

These Terms of Service set out the agreement between Amari Care Services (Company Number 9378084, registered at Nexen Building, Riverside Road, Lowestoft NR33 0TU) and the person receiving care (or their family member/authorised representative).

  • Delivering care that is safe, effective, compassionate, and responsive to your individual needs
  • Treating you with dignity, respect, and confidentiality
  • Operating transparently and honestly in all dealings with you
  • Maintaining high standards of professional conduct
  • Protecting your personal information and following all data protection laws
  • Being open to feedback and complaints, and acting on them promptly

Your Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible care, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate information about your (or your family member’s) health, medication, and care needs
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances or health
  • Communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction so we can address them
  • Pay for our services as agreed
  • Treat our staff with respect and professionalism

Care Plans and Reviews

A personalised care plan will be developed in partnership with you. This plan sets out the care we will deliver, the frequency of visits, and any special requirements. We will review your care plan regularly and whenever your needs change.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel our services at any time. Please provide written notice as specified in your care agreement. We may terminate services if you fail to pay invoices, if you treat our staff disrespectfully, or if we cannot adequately meet your care needs.

Fees and Payment

Our fees will be agreed in writing before care begins. We accept payment by [specify payment methods]. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment becomes overdue.

Liability and Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please raise a complaint in accordance with our Complaints Procedure. We will investigate promptly and aim to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Our liability for breach of contract is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or gross misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
